CARMEN A. GRAY
Executive Director
Carmen A. Gray is a Corporate Trainer, skilled leadership expert and Keynote Speaker spanning over 20 years of experience.
Her keynote style reaches diverse audiences from large corporate groups to private events effectively incorporating both humor and pointed delivery, granting her repeated guest appearances for various conferences and organizations. Over the years, she has developed several creative workshop platforms to drive intended results among attendees looking for measurable outcomes in personal growth and leadership development. As a humanitarian she has served in community outreach initiatives and other endeavors both in the US, Africa and Haiti and has traveled to seven different countries gaining a broad acceptance of people, diversities and cultures.
Carmen Gray is an honor graduate and holds a degree in Business Human Resources, she is a Certified Insurance Agent for the State of Florida and South Carolina and has served as a Mentor in the prestigious Year Up Program (a financial literacy program for at-risk young women). Carmen has made guest appearances on radio talk shows, she has been featured on national and worldwide television and is the author and program developer for positive mental health awareness learning platforms.
MARGIE RAIMONDO

Margarita Raimondo was a trailblazer in her professional field with 38 years of International Banking experience. During the span of her career she held numerous positions ranging from Operations Manager, Auditor, Comptroller, Internal Sales leading to CFO and most recently Managing Director of the Private Bank division; she also managed a P/L in excess of USD $100 million and a staff of 19 including successful dealings at all levels of the organization, banking regulators and other banking divisions.

In September 2018 Margie retired leaving a legacy. Throughout her career, she was champion of several Employee Resource Groups and served as an active coach and mentor to rising talent in the organization. In 2015 she achieved the Cultural Hero Award at HSBC, a major Global Financial Organization and was an active volunteer at the NY Dow Foundation and The Grace Institute, empowering women with traumatic experiences to enter the workforce.

Margarita Raimondo is fluent in Spanish, including excellent translation skills. She is a 1981 graduate from Universidad Autonoma del Caribe, Colombia and 1985 postgraduate with certification in International Banking Operations and the Securities Industry. Of her many assets, Margies' personable personality and strong focus on communication and listening skills are merits that contribute to who she is in the industry and among people. Margherita Raimondo is happily married with one daughter and two wonderful grandchildren.

DANIEL RAIMONDO

Daniel Raimondo has 38 years of combined tax banking experience with the last 30 years at HSBC , a major Global Bank as Head of Tax for Global Banking Markets. In addition to this role, Daniel Raimondo has expertise as Chairman of Committee Bank Institute of Taxation (CBIT); a society of US Bank Tax offices dedicated to teaching Bank Tax Law to junior bank officers. CBIT also lobbied US Congress, IRS and State tax legislations to understanding the impact of changes in tax law on Banks' Capital, its customers and Capital Markets.
Daniel is an active member of the Institute of International Banks (IIB) and Wall Street Tax Association. He is an advocate and active mentor to rising professionals and undergraduate students providing guidance on next steps towards successful careers in business. Daniel is looking to pay it forward by contributing to youth's success for their brighter future. He is happily married since 2016.

Marie Collins, Harlem USA born, a true native New Yorker, embraces life to its fullest. People-oriented she finds great pleasure in serving others. She studied Human Resources and Labor Relations at Cornell University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Monroe College receiving her degree in Hospitality Management.
Collins retired as Staff Director of Executive Staffing after more than 25 years of experience with Verizon. Her breadth of expertise encompassed diverse ares in Human Resources where she managed large and small teams of HR professionals in Staffing, College Recruiting, EEO/Affirmative Action and Management Succession. Marie’s unique ability to engage synergistically with people from various cultural and educational backgrounds has taken her around the world to six of the seven continents .

Marie has served on the Board of the Epilepsy Institute of New York and on the Advisory Council of Samuel Gompers Technical High School, Bronx, New York. Stated as her most rewarding experience was serving as Business Advisor for INROADS New York/Westchester working to prepare talented youth for employment. Collins is a long-standing member of the National Professional Network supporting continued education and has participated in NPN’s training in the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Europe, China and Australia.

Nicole Williams got her start in the lobbying profession at the Flagler County Association of REALTORS, where she is currently employed. She started her professional career in Management, Account, Public Relations, and Communications. With a varied talent in all areas of Business, she developed a knack for management, branding, and community relations. She is the Director of the Local Chapter of Flagler County Toys for Tots and serves on various committee throughout the community.
Nicole also serves as consultants to businesses; developing business plans, strategic plans, and legislative strategy plans. Her job performance throughout her connections with businesses and aspiring business owners have earned her the title of “Coach Nikki”. Due to her love for everything administrative in business, she is well sought out for her expertise in that area and coaches’ individuals to take risks professionally to gain the results they desire.

Dennis J. Beggan has over 25 years of experience working within the High-Tech Sector. Initially focused on Market Research, his efforts helped Corporate Strategy and Competitive Intelligence groups refine their marketing strategies to create opportunities to maximize market share and profitability. More recently, Dennis has returned to working for a former boss as an Alliance Director and is responsible for all aspects of partner and channel development.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Dennis spent several years serving with Field Artillery Units of both the Massachusetts and California National Guards. Dennis also holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Military History from Norwich University in Vermont. He has two teenage sons who are talented hockey and football players and who are determined to serve others either in the military or in law enforcement.
